Great food, service. Pizza is awesome.

The wait staff was very courtious and prompt. Our food was absolutely delicious and the salad wonderful as usual from Casa's.

Huge portions for the price. Very flavorful! Never disappointed here!

We had great service from John. He was upbeat. He was very kind and helpful when my husband ordered something that wasn't on the menu any more. I asked for substitutions to make my dish Petto Pollo al Palermo with capers instead of peas, which is the way it used to be presented. I really enjoyed our visit.

Went there for a rehearsal dinner. Wasn't bad but wasn't outstanding. Not from the area. Would have to go there at least one more time before I could give an opinion either way. Since it was a rehearsal dinner I didn't pay. If you are (real) vegetarian you will be out of luck. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

In the past we have enjoyed coming here today was not one of those. Service was slow, o so very slow. It was not even a busy time and it appeared there were a lot of people on duty. Food was fair but also not as I remember it. Will try Dupont Road again sometime but not back down here. Sad.

I have yet to have a bad meal here. I love their red sauce, bread, and salad. My husband likes the cream sauces and calamari. The kids like spaghetti, pizza, and the chicken. One of our favorite places!

Big portions, classy, kind, and respectful. The food tasted great and they even have vegetarian options along with menu items that are gluten free. Actually had two different servers hold doors for me and my very able bodied family which I thought was a great gesture. However, the same was not returned on an elderly couple who came in towards the end of the meal. The server left them at the table before they were seated and they had trouble with the chairs. Overall a great experience for a great price, just missing the star on a customer service experience that I felt could have had a little more care.

Love the Casa Salad -Insalata D'Angelo adding on the grilled chicken! I always get extra dressing on the side, because I like to also dip my bread into the dressing then the fresh parmesan cheese. And can also highly recommend the Pasta Con Verdure with the mixed veggies AND Spinach, with extra sauce! YUM

I love Italian food, and casa has great Italian food. My service was slow, as was the service of everyone around me. It was however an anomaly in my experience.

Fort Wayne tradition. Great Italian food, great service, nice atmosphere. Save room for the mile high chocolate cake.

Food was amazing... very friendly staff.. if in the area again would definitely go back. The Minestrone soup was amazing, the Italian vegetables were great, the bread pudding was perfect.

I love casa's! They have great food, daily and monthly specials, beverages and service. They use fresh and local ingredients. The atmosphere is always wonderful and welcoming. All locations are always clean and they keep their facilities looking nice inside and out. They are typically busy at all locations but it's definitely worth the wait! Enjoy!

Ate here twice on my business trip. Great food and even better deserts. (I had a lemon marscopone cake from the specials menu.) I would definitely come here again. The server (Sharon) was very friendly and attentive and she even remembered me the second time.

Food is good and inexpensive. Service is always consistent. Try the cauliflower crust pizza and the house salad.

Lunch menu is pretty fast and they are not too busy. Usually you can just walk in and sit with a party of 5 or less. The burchretta is not the greatest, no balsamic just chopped veggies. Portion size is really good too.

Our food was great, our server was great but the bartender was swamped and it took 25 minutes to get a glass of wine. We got our salads before our drinks. The dining room was only one third full.

Pasta primavera was great as always. They have changed the bread so it is not as crusty but still good. Always receive great service

Just got the large salads for carry out. Sad that they no longer give bread with the salads. That is part of what I liked about getting the salads.

We were a party of six. We got to sit at a round table which I love. We had a great waiter who was attentive but not overly so. Most of us have a personal size pizza which had the right amount of toppings. The crust was nice and thin which I love. One person had shrimp scampi which he said was delicious. The last one had chicken with grilled vegetables. That looked delicious. When we return to Fort Wayne, we will definitely go back.

While traveling we stopped by just expecting a decent meal. Boy were we thrilled!! Our food was excellent, well prepared and very tasty. The servings were huge and the service excellent. We are from out of state, but if we lived in the area we would eat at Casa Ristorante on a regular basis. Highly recommend!

Veal marsala was very good!pasta shells with mushroom sauce was exelant. Loved the meal. My next visit I had the polo saltimbacca, very tasty. Same shells and mushroom sauce was exelant.

The room was tiny, but the service was SPECTACULAR and the food delish, as always.

This restaurant is wonderful and has the most caring staff and amazing customer service! I’m currently 5 months pregnant and my husband and I and our 2 year old daughter live in Huntington and were in Fort Wayne wanting to get Casa Carry Out and when my husband went in to pick it up it had accidentally been given to somebody else and we had to wait in the car while they re made it and my husband was waiting inside. The manager came up to my husband and gave us 50% off our meal for the mix up and come to find out the man that picked it up gave them our carry out name and confirmed the food items. When his total came to over $80 dollars and ours was half the price so it was clearly the customers fault but they were so kind and fast to apologize! Aaron was the manager working at the time and my husband and I our very thankful and very impressed Way to go Aaron and the W Jefferson Casa location staff!

I've never had any issues at the Casa restaurant locations. This is my favorite. Why? It just is. If you want a scenic view, go to the one on Jefferson. Go sit at the windows. If you run into any problems, they are uniquely yours. The waiters and waitresses are always great. If they aren't, they are human and we all have these things called emotions. Bad days and all that. No idea about alcohol because that's not my thing. Since it is a RESTAURANT I will tell you the Risotto Alberto is amazing. If you like all of the ingredients, try it. Don't remove anything from it, that'll just ruin it. Also, the bread is hard on the outside. This is a traditional bread. It is and always will be that way. Ask for olive oil to soften it, if you like. I noticed someone complained about this. That's just how it is.Note: No, I don't work here. I just thought I'd give a review after so many years of going.
